The Salvation Army Responds To Severe Storms in Polk County, Wisconsin
Employees, volunteers serving 300 meals each day
POLK COUNTY- The Salvation Army continues to assist residents in Polk County, Wisconsin following severe storms that caused significant damage to homes and utility services across the county.
Salvation Army employees and volunteers have been delivering snacks, meals and refreshments since Friday, July 26.
"We have provided 300 meals each day to residents and workers clearing all the debris, as well as the National Guard who is helping with the clean up efforts," said Duana Bremer with The Salvation Army of Polk County.
