Behind the Shield: Heather Hansen, Caseworker, Fond du Lac

Heather Hansen is a Caseworker for the Pathway of Hope program at The Salvation Army Fond du Lac. 

She has worked for the organization for a year. In her role, Heather assists clients in need of emergency financial assistance and helps to find other resources in the community that can also assist. She makes referrals as needed to other organizations in Fond du Lac County. 

Heather also case manages Pathway of Hope clients. Right now, she has 6 clients enrolled in Pathway of Hope. Heather makes it her duty to ensure that all of her client’s needs are met and assists her clients to meet his/her goals. Learn more about Heather below:

A. The staff and volunteers all work together in order to get objectives done.
